Terms & Conditions

These terms govern access to and use of Jackson County Busted Mugshots. By using the site, you agree to each condition below. If you do not accept them, stop using the site.

This is a private site with no government, sheriff, jail, court, or corrections affiliation. Neither the site nor its advertising partners provides FCRA-covered credit, employment, insurance, or tenant-screening services. We are not a consumer reporting agency or private investigation firm.

Nature of the Service

Jackson County Busted Mugshots is an independent reference for locating booking, custody, court, and corrections resources in Jackson County, Arkansas. It stores no official record and cannot confirm custody, release a person, file a request, or act for a government office.

Some links and search boxes connect visitors with outside research tools. Those tools remain separate services with their own terms, results, and charges.

Acceptable Use

You may use the site only in a lawful way that respects other people and the service.

  • Do not break a law or violate another person’s rights.
  • Do not stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
  • Do not base hiring, housing, lending, or insurance decisions on site content.
  • Do not attempt unauthorized access to the site or related systems.
  • Do not operate bots, scrapers, or automated collection tools.
  • Do not impair the site or interfere with another visitor’s access.

No Consumer Reports

Jackson County Busted Mugshots is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. It does not issue credit reports, background checks, or consumer reports, and neither the site nor its advertising partners offers a screening service. You agree not to use any information for:

  • hiring, firing, or another employment decision;
  • tenant or housing screening;
  • creditworthiness, lending, or insurance pricing;
  • licensing, permits, or government-program eligibility; or
  • any other purpose regulated by the FCRA.

External Services

Links can lead to sheriff, jail, court, corrections, federal, legal-aid, publisher, or commercial search resources. A link does not endorse the destination. We do not control its content, privacy practices, data handling, terms, or uptime. Review those policies before using an outside service.

Service Provided As Is

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available.” No warranty is made that:

  • information is accurate, complete, or current;
  • access will be continuous;
  • the service is free from errors or security flaws; or
  • a partner search will return a complete result.

Custody and public records change quickly. Nothing here is an official statement from the Jackson County Sheriff or another government agency.

Limits of Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Jackson County Busted Mugshots and its operators are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or other damages arising from site use, inability to use the site, reliance on its content, or use of an outside link.

Your Duty to Indemnify

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold the site and its operators harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and reasonable legal fees caused by your use of the service or your violation of these terms.

Ownership of Content

Unless stated otherwise, the original text, graphics, logo, layout, and code belong to Jackson County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. They may not be copied, republished, distributed, or modified without written permission, except as applicable law allows.

Changes to These Terms

These terms may be revised at any time. A new version takes effect when posted. Continued use after publication means the visitor accepts the revised terms.

Suspension of Access

Access may be restricted, suspended, or ended at any time, for any reason, without advance notice. That right includes action needed to protect the site, its users, or third parties.

Arkansas Law Applies

These terms are governed by Arkansas law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute must be brought in a court with jurisdiction in Arkansas.

Severability

If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. The affected provision will be limited or adjusted only as much as necessary to make it enforceable.
